We aren't big time St Patrick's day celebrators even though I do have some Irish in my family tree on my mom's side. Since Easter isn't early this year I thought, why not at least decorate the mantle!
I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money and wanted to keep it simple so the first place I went was the Dollar tree. There I found the glitter foam shamrocks, the green metal container, and the white flowers. I thought about making a printable for the picture frame but waited till I could look at a place I don't get to often....Gordman's. They always have a little bit different stuff and I got to go last week and found the "Tis A Blessing To Be Irish' glitter sign for $8.99! I rummaged through my scrapbook paper and found the shamrock paper to frame and then added my monogram canvas from the dining room table and was done in no time!
Not too bad from my first St. Patrick's day decor, huh?
I'm loving it!
