Craft Room Chair

Thank goodness today is pay day!! 

The plan is to finish buying the few things I need to complete my craft room!!  Today I thought I'd show you my craft room chair.  Got it at a local antique store for $10.  I figured spray painting it would be the best option even though I'm not a spray painting expert!  I gave it a coat of primer then a couple coats of Krylon's Raspberry.  Then just yesterday I decided to add some navy paint to the scroll work.  Good ole' toothpicks worked just fine.  The chair used to have arms and so thus the holes in the seat. This was fine with me since I didn't want one with arms.  I did try to fill the holes but it just wasn't working and it was turning out to be more work than I wanted and I don't really think they matter much. 

 I may embellish them somehow someday, we'll see.  But for now it's working wonderfully and I love it!

Yay for pink! And yay for the power of paint!!

I'm so ready to be done and show you!!  Pillows for the benches and completing the decor is all I have left to do! Pray I stay focused!! Ha!
