If you've never browsed through the Hostess with the Mostess blog then grab a snack and prepare to drool. I came across it when searching for party ideas for Lil Hunkie's 1st birthday and now I'm bordering on being addicted! Yes some of the features are very detailed showstoppers but a lot of ideas can come from them, even if you're on a budget.
Recently there was a Paris themed birthday party that I wanted to share. Hat boxes were used as cake stands but doubled as goodie take home containers....double duty is always cost effective! I love how lace was used on the table and love, love the black cake/dessert stands. Actually thinking of how to recreate them...we'll see!
